Ladders- 5 minutes hard, 1 minute rest, 4 minutes hard, 1 minute rest, 3 minutes hard, 1 minute rest, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute rest, 1 minute hard, 1 minute rest x 2
Cool-down and stretch
